Raj Kundra Case: Shilpa Shetty's statement disclosed in the charge sheet, said- Raj never tells me about his work and I am also busy

The troubles of Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, seem to be increasing. Recently, Mumbai Police has filed a charge sheet against businessman Raj Kundra. The property cell of Mumbai Crime Branch had recorded his statement during a raid on 23 July at the house of Raj Kundra, arrested in the case. During this, Shilpa Shetty had said, \"I have lived at Kinara Bungalow for the last 10 years, three years ago when Pradeep had come to the wedding of a member of the Bakshi family, I met him.\"

 

 

Talking about her career, Shilpa said in her statement, \"I was born in Mumbai and studied up to 10th in St. Anthony Girls\' High School, Chembur, till 12th at Poddar College, Matunga. While studying in 12th I got a heroine job in the film \'Baazigar\' and after that, I left my studies, till now I have worked in 360 films.\"

 

 

Shilpa further said about her first meeting with Raj Kundra, \"In the year 2007 I went to the UK to do Bigg Boss show where I met Raj Kundra through music show director Farat Hussain (Kundra and my common friend). Identity friendship and friendship turned into love and then we got married on 22 November 2009. Raj Kundra being an NRI, I told him even before marriage that I have to live in India after marriage, after that we got married. Came to live in India.\"

 

 

 

Shilpa further said in the statement, \"In the year 2009, Raj Kundra invested Rs 75 crore in the team named Rajasthan Royal in IPL. There are 4 foreign partners in this company, which is 13 percent of Raj Kundra\'s participation in IPL. He was fired from the involvement of Rajasthan Royals after the allegations were made.\"

 

 

He further said, \"In the year 2012, Kundra started a company named Satyug Gold Private Limited, followed by a company named Best TV Private Celebrity Home Shopping. In the year 2015, Raj Kundra started a company named Vihaan Industries Limited through this company. Animation, cartoon, and application makes are done from. I have a 24.50 percent share in this company, there are 7 thousand shareholders in this company.

 

 

According to Shilpa, \"Raj Kundra is a director in Vihaan and Umesh Kamat works as an executive assistant, was in this company as a director from April 2015 to July 2020 and then resigned from the post due to personal reasons. In December 2020 Started a company called JL Stream to increase business. Social streaming application is run through JL Streaming, short videos are made by it, besides chatting application and streaming. Raj Kundra as CEO of this company, Ryan Thorp is the Chief Production Officer and employs about 40 people, Raj Kundra sees all the dealings of this company.

 

 

Talking about Raj Kundra\'s business, Shilpa Shetty has said, \"In the year 2019, Saurabh became a partner in Kushwaha\'s Arms Prime. In Arms Prime, Poonam Pandey and other actors perform voluntarily by asking Raj Kundra about it. But he told that this OTT platform is doing well and making good profits. After this Kundra told me that he had some dispute with Saurabh Kushwaha after which he exited that company.

 

Shilpa further said, \"I started a company named Shilpa Yoga Private Limited in the year 2018; Anishi Sharma, the director of the company is aware of the behavior of this company. After this, in the year 2018 in the partnership of Manish Kumar, a company named SSK. Started this company, my participation was 70 percent and Manish had 30 percent, but after some time Manish\'s participation increased from 7 to 10 percent.

 

 

Giving the account details, Shilpa said, \"I have a joint account with Raj Kundra in Punjab National Bank, Raj has taken a home loan from this account, I sometimes have money from my other bank account in this account to pay for this loan. I know Megha Jaiswal for the last 4 years, she is an accountant in Viaan, I started a company named Dream Collection Pvt Ltd in November 2020 with Megha and I invested in this company, which made Megha a director It was directed by Sandeep Arora and Charu Arora.

 

 

Giving further information, Shilpa Shetty said, \"Umesh Kamat works in the Viaan industry, he was arrested in February 2021, when I inquired about it, Raj told that Umesh Kamat and Gehana Vasistha worked independently. I had sold it after making a separate obscene video from Bolifem. I do not know anything about this OTT, apart from this I came to know today that vulgur videos made for Hotshot from Vian Company are sent to Pradeep Bakshi\'s Canin Company.
