The fog became the reason for the accident
The Idgah Depot bus coming to Bahraich carrying board passengers collided with a truck near Ghaghra Ghat station on Lucknow-Bahraich Highway in the Jarwal Road police station area. Six passengers including Ajit Vishwas (27) resident of Pur village police station Vatar district Bardhaman West Bengal and Vipin Kumar Shukla (21) resident of Maroucha Dhokri police station Bondi Bahraich died on the spot in the face-to-face encounter. 15 people were injured, including Durga, 32, a resident of Nepal, Dhaniram, 40, Prem, 48, Kanhi Lal, 25, of Shravasti district, Om Prakash, 25, of Dargah. There was an outcry after the accident. People around reached the spot. The information was given to the police. After the accident, the people trapped in the bus were pulled out by the police with the help of local people and passers-by. All the injured were brought to CHC Mustafabad for treatment. Seeing the condition of the five worrisome, the doctors referred them to the district hospital.
