
The Border Security Force (BSF) has succeeded in shooting down a drone that had come near the Indo-Pak border. The special thing is that this time there are 2 women BSF jawans who shot down the drone. Along with the drone, BSF has also seized a consignment of heroin. BSF also recovered three packets tied with the drone, containing 3.110 grams of heroin.
The movement of the drone took place around 11 pm in BOP Darya Musa village Chaharpur under the Ramdas sector of Amritsar. BSF women constables Preeti and Bhagyashree were on patrol during this time. Both of them got alerted upon hearing the sound of the drone. Both fired about 25 rounds. After some time the sound of the drone stopped coming. When searched in the area, a hexacopter China-made drone was found in the fields, to which the heroin consignment was tied.

BSF jawans have seized three packets of heroin. 3.110 kg in all three packets. The consignment of heroin has been recovered. Whose value in the international market is estimated at around Rs 21 crore.
STF seized foreign pistols from this area
This is the same area from where drone activity took place twice on the night of 25 November. It is reported that 2.20 kg of heroin and 8 pistols seized by STF in Amritsar had also reached India from this area.
