Why players and team management are not guilty The selection committee gave chance to new players only on the demand of team management and included 15 players squad and reserve players for T20 World Cup only on their suggestion. When all the experiments were done at the suggestion of team management and BCCI then why only the selection committee is being blamed? Team management officials and players are also to blame for the poor performance of the team and action should be taken against them as well.

 

Team's poor performance in major tournaments Three major T20 tournaments took place after Chetan Sharma became the chairman of the selection committee. In which Team India had a poor performance. The Indian team could not reach the semi-finals in the 2021 T20 World Cup. The Indian team could not make it to the top four in the Asia Cup this year.
