5 big space missions of the world in 2023: America will send a 1 lakh kg vehicle for the first time, 8 people from Japan will go to the moon

The year 2023 is considered the golden age for space technology. Reason- 5 big missions that will increase people's understanding of space. These are the launch of the European Space Agency's Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer and the super heavy SpaceX Starship. Mission Dearmoon by an 8-member team from Japan. NASA's spacecraft returns to Earth with a very important asteroid sample and India's private space company Skyroot launches a satellite with its first 3D-printed rocket.

 

SpaceX super heavy starship

 

Starship will place one lakh kg of cargo in low earth orbit. It will have two components. Spaceships and Super Heavy Rockets. 39 will lift the rocket made of a powerful engine to a height of 65 km.

 

Japan's 'Dearmoon' mission

 

Japan's eight-member crew will go to the moon from SpaceX's starship itself. This team will orbit the Moon and land on its surface. Its success is also predicting the future of deep space tourism.

 

Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

World's first robotic Jupiter mission. After circling the Moon for another four years, it will reach Jupiter in 2031. Its radars will detect ice and gas on the surface there. The launch will happen at the end of April.

 

Precious samples of asteroids will be found

 

Nasa's Osiris will return to the desert of Utah, USA on September 24 after taking samples of the near-Earth Bennu asteroid. Scientists believe that precious metals are abundant including gold and platinum. Water is also present.

 

Skyroot's 3D-printed rocket

 

India's first private space company Skyroot will launch another satellite this year. Its goal is to reduce the cost of private launches by speeding up the production of 3D-printed rockets. Two private companies will also launch rockets this year.
