India has strongly reprimanded Pakistan in UNHRC for spreading terrorism in many countries including India. India has asked Pakistan to take credible and stable steps to curb its state-based terrorism. Apart from this, he took concrete steps to destroy the terrorist infrastructure growing here. India gave its reply to the comments made by Pakistan in the 48th session of the Human Rights Council here.
India said in the UNHRC, 'Pakistan has once again made baseless and false allegations against India. The freedom of the people living in Pakistan is being snatched away and their human rights are being crushed. Pakistan is making false allegations against India to divert attention from these things. The human rights of the people are being violated especially in those areas of the Indian border which have been occupied by Pakistan.
On behalf of India, it has been said that the Council observed that Pakistan's constant Pakistani delegations make useless boasts during discussions on different agendas, which exposes their pessimistic mindset. Pakistan is wasting time unnecessarily and instead of doing all this, it should look at the deteriorating human rights situation in its country.
In a statement issued by India, it was said that it is ironic that a fundamentalist and failed country like Pakistan, where democracy has no value, raises questions on the world's largest and most reliable democracy i.e. India. People who speak out against Pakistan's security agencies are forced to disappear there, with extrajudicial killings and arbitrary imprisonment.
India said that Amina Masood's husband was abducted by Pakistani security forces in 2005. It was only last week that Amina and her other relatives have expressed their pain. It has been 16 years but nothing has been known of Amina's husband till now. Many such family members are still very upset there. India said that Pakistan is recognized all over the world as the epicenter of terrorism and is known for spreading terrorism and violence.
India said in its statement, "Pakistan is a country whose former President and Prime Minister have openly supported terrorist organizations banned by the UN."
