Prices have increased by 12 percent in Hyderabad, 9 percent in Noida, and 8 percent in Bengaluru. New launches in Delhi-National Capital Region (Delhi-NCR) and Gurugram jumped 57 percent to 1,205 units. While the number of new houses in Noida increased by 87 percent to 1,010 units.

The prices of houses in Noida were Rs 6,791 per sq ft a year ago, which has gone up to Rs 7,411 in April-June this year. During this period in Mumbai, it was priced at Rs 18,896 while in Thane it was priced at Rs 6,325. In Pune too, the price was Rs 5,348 per sq ft with a slight increase.
