NATO problem

Not only this, Zelensky has even said that NATO is afraid of Russia, so it is not giving membership to it.
Russia is opposed to NATO expansion
But it is also necessary to mention that Russia has always been strongly opposed to the expansion of NATO. Russia wants NATO to remain where it was before.
