The Government of India has now put an end to the rumor going on in the media regarding the Corona vaccine Covaxin. The Government of India has clarified that the approval of Bharat Biotech's vaccine Covaxin was not given under any political pressure. The reports doing the rounds in the media are completely misleading and false. The government said that a scientific approach and prescribed norms have been followed in approving the corona vaccine.

 

Know what was the claim of the media report?

Explain that media reports claimed that Bharat Biotech, the manufacturer of the indigenous vaccine Covaxin, had to abandon some processes and speed up clinical trials due to political pressure. However, now the Government of India has rejected this report outright.

 

 

Bharat Biotech also expressed displeasure

At the same time, Bharat Biotech also clarified that we condemn the misleading reports spread against Covaxin by some selected individuals and groups. These are the same people and groups who have no expertise in vaccines or vaccine science. It is well known that they helped perpetuate misinformation and fake news during the pandemic. They are unable to understand the global product development and licensing process. There was no outside pressure to accelerate the development of COVAXIN.
