An Indian-American MLA has resolved in the Ohio Senate to declare October as a 'Hindu Heritage Month' to recognize the contribution of the community in the US state.

In the history of Ohio, the first Hindu and Indian-American State Senator Neeraj Antani proposed on Wednesday.

Republic party leader Antani said that nominating October as 'Hindu Heritage Month' in Ohio will give Hindu Americans great recognition for our contribution.

Explain that if this proposal is passed, Ohio will become the third state in America to put this belief into law.

31-year-old Atani, 31, the youngest Hindu and Indian-American officer in the country, said that I am proud to lead this effort in Ohio as part of the national movement to gain this recognition in October. I am eager to work for him to pass SB 70.
