Flipkart says that voice assistance will make a customer's purchase more personalized and the services it receives will become easier. In addition to understanding the changes in voice in English and Hindi, it can easily understand mixed languages (Hinglish etc.) and the company says that with the help of this, the customer will experience the same way as he would from a shopkeeper.
