Gurgaon, March 24 (IANS) Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki on Tuesday asked people to follow the principle of "all religions are one" for which India was known, and exhorted the youth to follow the ideals of Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi.
He said Vivekananda, through his speech in Chicago, gave a message to the world that all religions were one.
After inaugurating the National Integration Peace Youth Camp at Bhondsi, Solanki said that the thinking of an individual should be so high that he or she should consider all in the entire world as fellow brethren and should be above selfishness.
A person's thinking should be so high that it strengthens the unity and integrity of the country, he said.
