Manjrekar announced his fantasy XI on ESPN Cricinfo, in which he said for Glenn Maxwell that he is an impact player and can do wonders with both bat and ball. He was also the player of the match in the last match. KL Rahul has been chosen by Sanjay Manjrekar as the vice-captain of this fantasy XI. Rahul is the captain of LSG. For Rahul, Manjrekar said that the way he makes big scores is why he has been kept as the vice-captain.
Manjrekar said that Virat Kohli has returned to form in the last match and hence has picked him at number three. After this, Manjrekar has chosen Deepak Hooda, Dinesh Karthik, Rajat Patidar, and Mohsin Khan.
