India's foreign minister S Jaishankar has drawn Rahul Gandhi over the corona vaccine diplomacy. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had made a tweet on the vaccine. Responding to this, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that I have come here (America) to discuss this. He said that this is a serious matter and we are discussing it. He said that I am not here to exchange political politics. I hope other people understand this as well.
It is worth noting that the parties and the opposition have come face to face regarding the corona vaccine, the bird parties are constantly besieging the central government on the vaccination.
Rahul targets the government on vaccination
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the second wave of the corona, terming the government's corona management as inferior. During this, he said that vaccination of all citizens is the only way to avoid corona. India is the vaccine capital of the world. But so far only three percent of our citizens have been vaccinated. If the vaccination remains the same, then by 2024, everyone will be able to get vaccinated. He claimed that if the vaccination did not gain momentum, the arrival of the third wave of Corona was guaranteed, which would be more tragic than the second wave. He said that if 50 to 60 percent of the people are vaccinated, then the third wave can be stopped.
India thanks America
In Washington DC, Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar further said that the purpose of the visit is to come here to praise the solidarity shown by the US during the second wave in India and to work with the US in vaccine production. He further explained that President Joe Biden had said that the US would like to send some vaccines. We have also expressed a desire to import the vaccine and to accept the vaccine cleared by the US FDA. This possibility was discussed but the decision has to be taken by the administration.
