Harda police have arrested the factory owner and his brother. Both the accused, Rajesh Aggarwal and Soumesh Aggarwal, were caught on the National Highway passing through Sarangpur in Rajgarh district. Both were trying to run away, but the police caught them. By interrogating both of them, efforts are being made to find out about their other associate.
Order to give Rs 15 lakh each to the families of the deceased
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued an order taking cognizance of the blast case. Orders have been given to give Rs 15 lakh to the families of the deceased, Rs 3 lakh to the minor injured, and Rs 5 lakh to the seriously injured. Also, orders have been given to give Rs 5 lakh to those whose houses were burnt in the accident and Rs 2 lakh to those who were evacuated. Under the order of NGT, factory owners will have to deposit this amount in the account of the Environment Compensation Fund. After which it will be given to the victims.
