Meanwhile, Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Subhan Ahmed, while talking to The National, said that the chances of the India-Pakistan match being canceled are low. He said, 'We cannot give any guarantee, but it is not right to compare the Asia Cup with a private event like the WCL. When a decision is taken to play in the Asia Cup, government permission is taken in advance. This has been done before the countries announce the schedule. So hopefully we will not be in a situation like the WCL.'
India and Pakistan can clash three times.
