Official information about this has been given by the Marathi TV channel Star Pravah through an Instagram post. Apart from the big screen, he was also a great actor on the small screen.

 

Let us tell you that Achyut Potdar served in the Indian Army for a long time. Apart from this, he also worked in Indian Oil Company for a long time. In the 80s, he turned to the world of acting. After this, he got a break from TV, and he continued working for 4 decades. He was originally a Marathi actor and he did many films and TV shows there.

 

Achyut Potdar's stature has been very high in Bollywood too and as a strong actor, the way he played the role of a professor in Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots, no one will ever forget it. Achyut's departure is really a big blow to the cinema world.
