India COVID Update: The country got control over Corona, and the positive rate is decreasing rapidly

There is a decrease in the cases of corona in the country. According to the report presented by the Ministry of Health, 170 cases of corona have been reported in the country on Monday. At the same time, active cases decreased by 52 to reach 2,371, that is, in the last 24 hours, 52 corona infected have recovered and gone to their homes. The Ministry of Health presented the report at 8 am on Monday, according to which the total number of cases in the country is now 4.46 crore (4,46,80,094).

The figures said that the death toll has gone up to 5,30,721. According to the health ministry's website, active cases now account for 0.01 percent of the total infections, while the country's COVID-19 recovery rate has risen to 98.80 percent. A decrease of 52 cases has been registered in the active COVID-19 caseload in 24 hours.

The number of people who went home after recovering increased to 4,41,47,002, while the death rate was recorded at 1.19 percent. The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.20 percent while the weekly positivity rate was 0.11 percent. According to the ministry's website, 220.14 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been administered so far in the country under the nationwide campaign.

 

Rules apply for air travelers in India

To prevent new infections of Corona in the country, the government has implemented new rules for air passengers. Especially passengers coming from China will have to present a 48-hour-old Covid negative report. No passenger is allowed to come without a Covid report. Also, talking to the government of other countries, it is being confirmed that they too should not allow any passenger to travel without a Covid negative report.
