Covid-19 in India: 228 new cases of corona in India amid the panic of BF7, active cases reduced

Coronavirus has wreaked havoc in many countries including China, but in India, its speed has been braked. The Ministry of Health said that 228 new cases of the epidemic have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours.

 

Active cases reduced

Meanwhile, the number of active patients in Corona is continuously decreasing. The number of active cases has come down to 2,503 now. There has been a decrease of 51 active corona patients in a single day. The ministry said that in the last 24 hours, four people have lost their lives due to corona. Two people died in Kerala, while one person each died in Bihar and Uttarakhand.

How many total cases of corona so far?

So far, a total of 4 crores 46 lakh 79 thousand 547 cases of corona infection have been reported in the country. A total of 4 crores 41 lahks 46 thousand 330 people have also recovered. At the same time, 5 lakh 30 thousand 714 people have died due to this. The daily positivity rate now stands at 0.11 percent, while the weekly positivity rate stands at 0.12 percent. Active cases are 0.01 percent of the total cases. The National COVID-19 Recovery Rate is now 98.80.

 

124 positives of 11 variants were found

Meanwhile, 19,227 passengers coming from abroad have been tested for corona. Out of these, the report of 124 people has come positive. Genome sequencing of samples found positive is also being done. Of these, 11 types of variants have been found in the genome sequencing of 40 samples. The infectiousness of all these variants and the effectiveness of the Indian vaccine on them are being investigated.
