India on Thursday said it is in touch with Russian authorities over the arrest of an alleged Islamic State (IS) terrorist arrested in Russia. Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said, "We are fully aware of this matter and are also in touch with the Russian authorities on this matter."
