Jharkhand News: Jharkhand will buy remdesivir injection from Bangladesh, permission sought from center

Chief Minister Hemant Soren informed that preparations are being made to buy about 50 thousand remdesivir injections for emergency use in the state from the pharma companies of Bangladesh. The Chief Minister has also written a letter to Union Minister of Fertilizers and Chemicals DV Sadanand Gowda in this matter.

 

Sharing the letter in his Twitter account late on Sunday evening, the Chief Minister said that the need for Remdesivir is being felt on a large scale because of the increasing cases of Corona in Jharkhand. He wrote that he has talked to some pharma company of Bangladesh and wants to buy 50,000 vials for emergency use from which letter has been written to the Central Government for permission.

 

Here, BJP MLA from Dhanbad Raj Sinha has become Corona positive. Giving information to this effect, Raj Sinha himself said that after coming positive in the rapid test, he has isolated himself and all the people who came in contact with him should get their investigation done. BJP MLA Amar Kumar Bauri from Chandankiyari in the Bokaro district also tweeted and informed himself about being Corona positive. He said that on seeing some signs of malaise, he got the corona test done and his report has come out positive. While in Isolation, they are seeking the advice of doctors.

 

Independent MLA and former minister Saryu Rai also tweeted that he was informed of his corona contamination. Saryu Rai wrote on his official Twitter account that- "I am corona positive after a checkup of the initial symptoms of coronavirus, now I am at home after consulting a doctor." Two days ago I isolated myself. The people who come in contact with me isolate themselves and get them tested. In another tweet, he has written- My assistant Rikki Kesari has also become positive. So my Bistupur office is closed. If it is necessary to contact for any necessary work, then contact me at my Bardih office.
