The Punjab-Haryana High Court objected to the manner in which the farmers were protesting, saying that tractor-trolleys cannot be used on the highway under the Motor Vehicles Act, but the farmers were traveling on them from Amritsar to Delhi. Everyone knows about their rights, but there are also constitutional duties, so why forget them? The High Court raised questions about the Punjab government and asked why the protesters were being allowed to gather in large numbers. The Punjab government should ensure that people do not gather in large numbers.

The High Court made this comment on Tuesday while hearing a petition challenging the Haryana government's obstructive action during the protesters' march to Delhi. On the next hearing, the court ordered the Center to file a report on the results of talks with the farmers and the current situation. It has been told in the petition that along with sealing the border, the Haryana government has also stopped mobile internet services in many districts. Rubber pellets and tear gas are being used on the protesters. At the same time, Samyukta Kisan Morcha leader Sarwan Singh Pandher has demanded that the government should call a one-day Parliament session and present a bill to guarantee MSP.

It will be difficult to handle the situation: The High Court warned that the Haryana government should be careful and work towards finding a solution. Right now there are farmers from Punjab, tomorrow if Haryana also joins them, then it will be difficult to handle the situation. So what if the states are different, after all, farmers are brothers among themselves.

Farmers will march to Delhi today

Chandigarh. Farmers under the leadership of Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) will march to Delhi at 11 am on Wednesday after rejecting the Centre's proposal to guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP). For this, they have gathered at the border with heavy machines like bulldozers, hydraulic cranes, and bulletproof cranes. There are also a large number of masks to protect against tear gas shells.

The Chaduni group did not support the Tikait group and formed a committee

Farmer organizations are divided regarding the movement. BKU Tikait faction says they do not support the Delhi march but will protest outside BJP offices in Haryana on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Chaduni group has formed a committee to decide on the march. Apart from this, Khap Panchayats of Haryana also support the demands but have not come into the field for the Delhi march.

Munda's appeal - Farmers should maintain peace, dialogue is the only way to find a solution

Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda has appealed to farmers and farmer organizations to maintain peace. Said, we all want peace and we should find a solution together. He said we discussed many proposals. We know that farmers are not satisfied with the proposals, but this discussion should continue, we should find a solution peacefully. Referring to the rejection of the government's proposal on MSP, Munda said, we want to do good. Many opinions can be given for this. We always welcome good feedback. But, dialogue is the only way to find a solution to how that opinion will be useful.
