The team returned to India after 10 days of successful operation
In fact, within 24 hours of the earthquake in Turkey on February 6, India started Operation Dost in Turkey by sending NDRF teams. Jawans of the 8th Battalion of NDRF, who reached Turkey after the earthquake, saved many lives through their courageous actions. An NDRF team returned to India on Friday after running Operation Dost successfully for about 10 days. The first C-17 Globemaster aircraft of NDRF personnel reached Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad at 9:00 am.
India had sent help to the earthquake
Let us inform you that India has provided humanitarian assistance to Turkey affected by the powerful earthquake. An Indian Air Force C-17 aircraft with over 50 NDRF personnel left for Turkey carrying relief material. This included specially trained dog squads along with necessary equipment, medical supplies, drilling machines, and other essential items.

The NDRF jawans who returned to India were warmly welcomed by the top NDRF officials at Hindon Air Force for making Operation Dost a success. NDRF personnel left for the battalion at Govindpuram after meeting Air Force officials from Hindon airport.
