We have proof of funding to terrorists - Dinkar Gupta

This conference is being organized by NIA. NIA DG Dinkar Gupta told on Thursday that this conference is very important to stop terror funding to terrorists. He said that Khalistani and Kashmir terrorists are getting funding. We have proof of this. NIA is working in this direction. This will also be discussed at this conference. Let us tell you that this conference is being seen as a big effort to break the back of terrorists.

Main agenda of the conference

Some important decisions will be taken to curb terror funding. Investigating agencies of all countries will also investigate the routes of foreign funding and show cooperation and transparency in this matter.

Terrorist organizations have changed their approach regarding money laundering. On this, all the agencies will be asked to get information unitedly, so that its route can be reached.

The conference will also discuss how to stop the use of cryptocurrency in terror funding and crowdfunding. India's emphasis will also be that there should be a consensus among all the investigating agencies so that strict monitoring can also be done on terrorist funding through the dark web.

There will also be a discussion at the conference that who are those people who are collecting funds through social media and helping the terrorists so that that too can be curbed.

Internet service providers at the international level should be under the purview of uniform international law so that terror funding being done fraudulently can be stopped. Along with this, the countries should have the correct information about the internet service provider, so that they can take quick action against the people doing such terrorist funding.

India's focus will be that action should also be taken against terrorist organizations promoting fundamentalism and jihad in the country. For this, the Indian Investigation Agency should unite all the countries through this conference.

According to the information, Khalistani organizations like Sikh for Justice stay in America, Canada, Britain, and Germany and spread fake propaganda against India, preparations are on to crack down on such organizations as well.

To curb terror funding, taking the help of private partnerships is also being considered. How it will be increased, there will be a big discussion on that step. Emphasis will be laid on strengthening the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of all countries in a better way.
