Along with China, there is a record increase in the cases of corona in many countries including Japan, and America. Meanwhile, due to the fast-spreading corona, now in India also the government has started taking precautionary measures. Due to the increase in Corona cases in China, alarm bells are ringing there once again, while India seems to be in a much better position than that. India is also taking several steps to deal with every situation. Although India has taken many such steps in the past as well, the effect of which is being seen till now.

 

Timely lockdown and its monitoring

At a time when Corona was at its peak in India and was wreaking havoc, then the Modi government at the center decided to impose a lockdown, taking a big decision in the interest of the country. Although there was opposition to this decision, its far-reaching consequences were also visible. Corona did not spread in India the way it did in China. A complete lockdown was imposed twice in the country which was followed by the people even after this the state governments imposed restrictions that could prevent the spread of the virus.

Test, Track and Treat Policy

The Test, Track and Treat policy adopted by the Central Government itself and directed to the States also proved to be very effective in defeating Corona in the country. To keep the corona under control, large-scale tests of the corona were done the governments. Even it was found under control by creating a cantonment zone in many places.

 

Success in making corona vaccine

In India last year in 2021, the corona vaccine played the biggest role in controlling the large-scale spread of corona. It was a big success for India to manufacture the vaccine to cure people infected with the coronavirus and prevent the spread of corona from them. The process of developing the vaccine started in India at the beginning of this pandemic in April 2020. Due to the encouragement given by the government and the efforts of the private sector along with the scientists, the anti-corona vaccine was prepared in India within a year of the onset of the epidemic.

 

Vaccination campaigns are done on a large scale

In a country with a population of 130 crores, having everyone's corona vaccinated seemed like a dream. But due to the better efforts of the Central Government, the Corona vaccination campaign which started on January 16, 2021, gained momentum, and today more than 220 crore vaccine doses have been administered to the people of the country. Please tell her that after the advice of top doctors, the central government initially worked to give two vaccine doses to a person. After which people were also given precautionary doses. So far the first dose has been given to 100 crore people, the second dose to 95 crore people, and the precautionary dose to more than 22 crore people.

Initially, the corona vaccination campaign was considered to be a very difficult task, but the Cowin app launched by the central government helped a lot in getting people vaccinated. People also found it easy to book their corona vaccine by visiting Covin's site. Through this, people could book the vaccine at the vaccination center from anywhere.
