Ram Mandir: Offering of one crore to Ramlalla in 15 days; Ram devotees donated whole heartedly, offered so much gold and silver

Ram devotees are donating openly in the court of Ramlalla. Devotees have been flocking continuously since 23rd January. The counting of the money offered in the six donation boxes (hundi) kept in front of child Ram in the Ram temple was started after the aarti on Sunday night, which continued till 2 am.

 

In a fortnight i.e. 15 days, devotees have made offerings worth one crore to Ramlalla. A large quantity of gold and silver jewelry has also been found in Ramlalla's donation box. After the opening of the temple, more than 30 lakh devotees have reached the court of Ramlalla in the last 15 days. On average, two lakh devotees attend the court of Ramlalla every day.

 

 

Devotees are coming here to devote their faith to child Ram. Some are offering money, some gold and silver. Due to the huge crowd, the donation boxes kept in Ramlalla's court were not opened for counting the donation amount. During this time, offerings kept getting deposited in donation boxes, in which a large number of jewelry, etc. were also found. Donations amounting to more than Rs 1 crore were found in donation boxes.

 

On Sunday night, a 15-member team including State Bank of India employees opened six donation boxes under the surveillance of CCTV cameras and kept the deposited items safe. After that, the counting of the amount deposited in it started. The offering amount and gift items have been kept in the chest in the counting room of the temple premises.

 

Donation box offerings increased three times

Prakash Gupta, office in-charge of Ram Mandir Trust, says that offerings worth Rs 40 to 50 lakh were received in the donation box of Ram Lalla in the temporary temple. This offering has increased three times in the new temple. In the last 15 days alone, donations worth Rs 1 crore have been received from the donation box. The donations in the donation box are counted every 15 days.

 

Donations of Rs 15 crore received through various means

In-charge Prakash Gupta said that in a fortnight after the opening of the temple, donations worth Rs 15 crore have been received through various mediums. Ten donation counters have been set up in the Ram Mandir complex. Apart from this, in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, where the child Ram is seated, six big size donation boxes are kept near the darshan path in front of him.

 

Devotees are making offerings directly to the Lord. Trust employees are deployed at ten donation counters set up in the temple premises. Upon donation, a receipt is also given. The account of donations is submitted to the Trust office every evening.
