During the discussion on the Constitution, there was a lot of uproar in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday over the comments of AAP MP Sanjay Singh against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, when the uproar did not stop for a long time, Sanjay Singh appealed to Deputy Chairman Harivansh to calm down the ruling party. On this, the Deputy Chairman also gave him a blunt answer and said that AAP is responsible for this.

While participating in the discussion on the glorious journey of 75 years of the Constitution in the Rajya Sabha, AAP MP Sanjay Singh raised the issue of the removal of names of a large number of people from the voter list in Delhi and alleged that the people of BJP want to win Delhi like Haryana and Maharashtra. They are insulting the people of Purvanchal in the name of Rohingya and Bangladeshi. They want to create Hindu-Muslim in the Delhi elections, but he will not let their trick succeed in Delhi.

 

What did JP Nadda say on Sanjay Singh's comment?

 

However, BJP President and Rajya Sabha leader JP Nadda took a dig at the allegations of removing the names of Bangladeshis and Rohingyas from the voter list of Delhi and said that he is upset with the removal of the names of Bangladeshis and Rohingyas from the voter list as if his government was formed in Delhi with their votes. However, the work of removing and adding names is done under the Constitution. The Election Commission is a constitutional institution, which decides to remove someone's name after investigation. Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav questioned Sanjay Singh's comment and said that a pending matter cannot be mentioned in the House. In such a situation, his statement should be removed from the record.
