UP Board's High School and Intermediate exams are starting from March 24. The board examination will be conducted at 180 centers in the Agra district. The District Magistrate has given strict instructions to the center administrators regarding the examination. District Magistrate Prabhu N. Singh said that the center administrators, understanding their responsibility, should make the examination copy-free. Recognition of the concerned school will be terminated if copying is caught at any examination center. An FIR will also be lodged against the center administrator.
The District Magistrate said that such an environment will have to be created during the examination that the number of marks the candidate is entitled to get, he should get the same marks. Never allow mass copying. 99% do well in school exams. Only one percent of schools spoil the image. Will keep a close eye on them.
In the meeting held on Tuesday, the center administrators told that the photo on the admit card of some candidates is not clear, the problem of gender change has also come. District School Inspector Manoj Kumar said that the candidates whose photo is not clear on the admit card, there is any other error, they should be verified by the principal and included in the examination.

180 Static, 19 Sector, 06 Zonal and 06 Super Zonal Magistrates have been appointed. 04 flying squads belong to the education department.

The District Magistrate said that during the examination of Mathematics and Science subjects, static magistrates will be posted at the centers. They will sit at the centers full time and conduct the examination. There are more attempts at copying in these subjects.
Room inspectors did not get duty
In the meeting, the center administrators of the examination centers complained that they have not received the duty of the room inspectors. It is not known from where how many room inspectors will give duty at the center. The position regarding the issuance of iCards was not clear. District School Inspector Manoj Kumar told that 80 percent of the duty of the room inspectors was received from the software in the morning, it was made available to the center administrators in the meeting itself.
Due to technical reasons, the portal was not working, due to which the duty of 20 percent of teachers was uploaded in the afternoon. It will be made available. The duty of 3632 teachers of council basic schools and 1268 teachers of secondary schools has been posted as room inspectors. A total of 4900 room inspectors have been put on duty. I-cards of room inspectors are to be issued from the school level itself.
English medium question paper not come
In schools where English medium is being taught along with Hindi, English medium question papers were not provided separately. A letter addressed to the District School Inspector in this regard was given in the meeting on behalf of the principals of Queen Victoria Girls Inter College and MD Jain Higher Secondary School, Moti Katra. The District School Inspector says that the question papers are bilingual (Hindi and English). There will be no separate question paper for the English medium.
The question papers of some subjects came less
The center administrators told that the question papers of some subjects have come here less or they have not come at all. The prescribed indent was filled from all. The District School Inspector says that the demand letter has been sent to the board. The question papers will be available before the exam.
The Center administrator can permit the helper
The candidates who will need a helper (writer) due to disability and other reasons can be allowed after testing from the center administrator level.
