The deal has been done for Rs 11,367 crore. The investment has been made at the equity value of Jio platforms at Rs 4.91 lakh crore and enterprise value at Rs 5.16 lakh crore. This information is given in an official statement. Vista has now become the second major company to buy a stake in Reliance Jio.

Target to raise more than 1 lakh crore in first quarter
