Corona In India: 34 thousand people infected in last 24 hours, 346 killed, active cases also below five lakh

The outbreak of the Corona epidemic seems to be decreasing in the country for the last week. The number of infected is continuously decreasing. According to Monday's data released by the Ministry of Health, 34,113 cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours, which is about 20 percent less than Saturday's figures. During this 346 people died. According to the data of the Ministry of Health, there are now 4.78 lakh (4,78,882) active cases left in the country. At the same time, the number of patients who have recovered so far has gone up to 4.16 crore. However, it is a matter of relief that the daily infection rate has come down to 3.19 percent.

 

Corona cases started decreasing in UP and Delhi

In Uttar Pradesh, 1432 new corona patients have been found in the last 24 hours and seven patients have died. Now there are 14,214 active cases left in the state. It is a matter of relief that the infection rate has come down to 0.76 percent. In the last 24 hours, 2481 patients have also been cured. On the other hand, if we talk about the national capital Delhi, in the last 24 hours, 804 new corona patients have been found here and 12 people have died. The corona mortality rate in Delhi has gone up to 1.41 percent.

 

So far, a total of more than 75.18 lakh sample tests have been done.

Giving information, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said that 10 lakh 67 thousand 908 sample tests were done for coronavirus in India yesterday. At the same time, a total of 75,18,03,766 sample tests have been done in the country since the beginning of the epidemic.

 

Corona vaccination figure crosses 172.95 crores

The Union Health Ministry said that so far a total of 172 crores, 95 lakh 87 thousand 940 doses of corona vaccine have been given across the country.
