UP: 'Do not run a bulldozer on any poor's hut shop, CM Yogi's instructions to the officers

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given strict instructions to the officers not to run bulldozers on any poor's hut and shop. Drive the bulldozer only on the illegal property of professional mafia, tough criminals, and mafia.

 

 

He said that action should be taken only against such mafia who have illegally occupied the property of weak businessmen. Don't bother anyone.

Bulldozers run on illegal Moon City

 

The enforcement team of the LDA on Thursday bulldozed the illegal housing society Moon City and demolished it. Along with this, the action was also taken against illegal construction in two other areas. The zonal officer of Enforcement Zone 3, Kamal Jeet Singh said that illegal plotting was done by Narendra Tiwari and Ashish Sharma on the village and post Mauda Kakori without getting the map approved from the authority, about 10 years ago, unauthorizedly in the name of Moon City.

 

It was demolished on the orders of the prescribed court for not presenting any accepted map and evidence regarding the construction. In this zone, Rais Ahmed had done illegal plotting in Mauja Pyaarepur without getting the map approved, in which group housing construction and row housing was also constructed on duplex buildings, which were demolished.

 

Similarly, the zonal officer of Enforcement Zone 2, DK Singh said that Asif Khan and others had demolished the illegal construction on Kanpur Road in front of Kasimpur Pakri Buddhist Vihar Shanti Upvan parking lot. Amit Rathore, the prescribing authority of Zone I, said that many illegal constructions were demolished.
