The Maharashtra government has submitted its investigation report to the central government in the trainee IAS officer Pooja Khedkar case. After a week's investigation, the Maharashtra government committee headed by Maharashtra Additional Chief Secretary Nitin Garade has sent its report to the Central Department of Personnel and Training as well as a one-member committee constituted by the Central Government.

Pooja Khedkar came into controversy when, while working as a trainee IAS in Pune, she was accused of driving a private Audi car with blue-red lights. She also demanded a separate house and car, but these privileges were not available to junior officers.
If found guilty, she can be dismissed.
