Donald Trump is going to make tough decisions immediately after taking oath as the 47th President of America. According to media reports, Trump will sign about 100 executive orders on the very first day. The executive orders that will be signed may include orders related to immigration, border security, energy, and governance. A leader close to Trump has made this claim. It is worth mentioning that an executive order is an order issued by the President, which has the same strength as the law. Parliament's approval is not required to implement an executive order. However, they can be challenged in court.
Trump will sign these important orders on the very first day.
According to media reports, Donald Trump and his team are very eager to implement their agenda, and under that, there are preparations to issue orders making major changes in immigration, energy, and government recruitment policies. Stephen Miller, who is going to take over the responsibility of the White House Deputy Chief of Staff in the Trump government, said that under the executive orders, an emergency will be declared on the southern border, military deployment on the borders, smugglers will be declared 'foreign terrorist organizations'. Also, it will include restoring the 'Remain in Mexico' policy, ending the 'Catch and Release' policy, and declaring an energy-related emergency.
Will also reverse some decisions of the Biden administration
Apart from these, opening up Arctic drilling, speeding up pipeline licensing/construction, reforms to remove government employees, etc. Miller said, 'He (Trump) has always fought for all of us. This means that criminal gangs and foreign gangs that prey on our people will be eliminated. This means that every American citizen who has lost a loved one to an illegal alien will get justice.' Trump will also reverse some decisions of outgoing President Joe Biden under the executive order, including the Paris Agreement on climate change, lifting the ban on fossil fuel production, and expanding domestic oil drilling.
