The ED's interrogation of former Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case is not taking its name to an end. More than 50 hours of questioning have been done in five days and it is being said that only 50 percent of the questions have been asked so far. Its displeasure is also visible on the face of Rahul Gandhi.

He objected to this attitude to the officials and said that I am answering hundreds of questions every day, but you guys come again the next day with the same number of questions. In this outrage, Rahul Gandhi did not even take a lunch break. He asked how long would he continue to come and go every day. Whatever you want to ask, ask today. I won't even go for lunch. According to sources, ED officials were not satisfied with Rahul Gandhi's replies. However, Rahul Gandhi got relief from Wednesday's questioning. After Tuesday's questioning, Rahul Gandhi left for his residence at around 10 pm.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi interrupted the ED officials for questions at least thrice a day. He objected that your questions are not correct. Rahul also asked what kind of inquiry is this which is not taking the name of ending. Have you guys questioned anyone in the name of the investigation even before today? Rahul asked the officers that according to you how many more questions are left.

He said that I have come to know that only 50 percent of questions have been asked to me right now. I am not one to panic with questions, nor will I get tired. My party is also not afraid of such an investigation. He also alleged that Congress governments in the states were also being harassed.

Congress asked questions, Rahul, in the press conference

Congress has been intensifying its stance against the ED's action on the high command. Congress again protested on Tuesday. The Congress, which has objected to the leaking of ED questions to the media, referred to the questions that were asked Rahul Gandhi in the press conference on Monday. Congress also accused the ED of wrongful interrogation.

Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi gave information about the key questions asked by the ED in the investigation so far and Rahul's answers by holding a press conference. Read 4 big questions and Rahul's answers...

Question: Are you a Director and Shareholder of Young India?

Rahul: Yes

Question: Is Young India a shareholder of AJL?

Rahul: Yes, has been for decades, always has been. It is in the papers.

Q: Are you a Shareholder or Director of Young India who owns AJL?

Rahul: Even if a person is a 100% shareholder of a company, he does not have ownership rights in that company. This has been the law since 1955.

Q: Did you make any profit from this company?

Rahul: Benefit cannot be taken in a company under Articles 8 and 25. Can neither take salary nor vehicle or other allowances. This question is wrong.

On the other hand, after Sonia Gandhi was discharged from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital after eight days, preparations are being made to interrogate her on behalf of the ED. However, because of the long series of interrogations of Rahul Gandhi, it is believed that if Sonia Gandhi is questioned for such a long time, then she may face problems. Sonia's health has deteriorated significantly due to Corona. Doctors have advised him to take a rest at home. In such a situation, whether she will join the ED's interrogation or not, nothing can be said.

At present, the date of June 23 has been fixed for his interrogation. ED officials are also doing consultations regarding questions and answers. According to sources, an application has been given to ED to give a further date for questioning on Tuesday.

treat the case as

In 1938, the Congress Party formed Associated Journals Limited (AJL). Under this, the National Herald newspaper was brought out. At that time AJL had a debt of more than 90 crores and another company was formed to eliminate this. Whose name was Young India Limited? In this, the share of Rahul and Sonia was 38-38%.

9 crore shares of AJL were given to Young India. It was said that Young India would pay the liabilities of AJL instead of this, but due to the high stake, Young India got the ownership rights. The loan of 90 crores given by Congress to meet the liabilities of AJL was also waived off later.

There is an allegation of misappropriation of 55 crores

In 2012, Subramanian Swamy filed a case against Sonia and Rahul in court. In this, Swamy had accused the Gandhi family of misappropriation of 55 crores. However, the ED's entry, in this case, took place in the year 2015.
