At the same time, this festival is considered very special for the farmers as well. Because the harvest season also starts from this day. Another belief regarding Ugadi is that on this day Lord Vishnu incarnated as a fish. It is said that the coronation of Lord Rama and King Yudhishthira also took place on this day.
