School Bomb Threat: Several schools in Noida and Ahmedabad received bomb threats, causing panic after receiving threatening emails.

Panic has gripped Noida after several private schools received bomb threats via email. Following this serious incident, the local police administration, acting on the instructions of senior officials, has taken swift action. Police forces from various stations, along with bomb squads, fire brigades, dog squads, and BDDS (Bomb Disposal Squad) teams, have been immediately dispatched to the affected schools. These specialized teams are conducting thorough searches of the school premises to detect and neutralize any potential threats. Police personnel arrived at the Father Agnel School in Noida Sector 62 after receiving a report of a bomb being found there.

The cyber cell team has also become fully active to conduct a technical investigation of the threatening emails. This team is attempting to trace the source of the emails, identify the sender, and understand the motive behind the threats. This technical investigation will clarify whether this is a genuine threat or merely an attempt to spread rumors. The police are investigating from all possible angles and are determined to avoid any lapses.

Authorities have assured the public that the situation is currently completely normal. Complete peace and order have been established in the areas where checks are being conducted. A strong appeal has been made to the public not to pay attention to any rumors. The police administration has also clarified that they are fully prepared to ensure the safety of citizens and are making every possible effort to prevent any untoward incident. Security arrangements are being further strengthened to deal with such incidents.

 

 

Bomb threats were also received by several schools in Gujarat

Meanwhile, several schools in the western part of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have also received bomb threats via email. Following the threats, the Crime Branch's bomb squad and forensic department teams are conducting an investigation. This information was provided by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch.
