Mumbai Police has registered a case in the name of an unknown person in connection with the threatening letter received by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Now the police have recorded Salman's statement in this case. According to reports, Salman has denied receiving threats in his statement to the police. He said, 'I have no enmity with anyone and no one has threatened me.'
After recording his statement to the Bandra police, Salman has left for Hyderabad to shoot for his upcoming film. Here is his 25-day schedule. Bodyguard Shera and his team have reached before Salman reaches Hyderabad.
I didn't get any call
According to reports, Bandra Police asked Salman about gangsters Goldie Brar and Lawrence. To this, Salman said, 'I do not doubt anyone about the threatening letter. I don't have any enmity with anyone these days. I heard about Lawrence in 2018 because then he threatened me. But I don't know Goldie and Lawrence.'
Talking about the threat, he told the police- 'I haven't had a fight or an argument with anyone in the recent past. I didn't even get any threatening messages or call. Not even me, my father got the letter. That too when he went out for a walk in the morning.
Police intensified investigation
Mumbai Police has intensified the investigation. 8 teams are constantly engaged in investigating the links of this matter. After the investigation of 200 CCTVs installed in the Bandra area, some suspects have been found, but no one has been caught so far. The CCTV footage that is being investigated also includes the cameras installed in Galaxy Apartments.
Chitti investigation continues
Mumbai Police has also confirmed that the threat letter received by Salman Khan had GB and LB written at the end. It could mean Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi, but whether this letter is related to the Bishnoi gang or someone has done mischief, it is not clear yet.
Received such a threatening letter
This whole matter came to the fore on Sunday morning when Salman's father Salim went out on the morning walk. After the walk, Salim Khan received an unknown letter, threatening to kill him and Salman. It was written in the letter that Salman Khan will make a condition like Tera Moosewala. After this Salim Khan contacted the police with the help of his security personnel and a case was registered in this regard at Bandra police station.
It is worth noting that recently Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala was shot dead in broad daylight, after which the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who was lodged in Tihar Jail, Delhi, came to the media. Lawrence Bishnoi threatened to kill Salman Khan after the blackbuck case.
