
Adani Enterprises has leased 4.64 lakh square feet of space in its data center in Noida to Ryden Infotech, a unit of Google. Its rent for one month is Rs 11 crore. DC Development Noida Limited, a part of Adani Enterprises, has leased 4,64,460 square feet of space to Raiden Infotech, an Adani data center located in Sector 62, Noida, for ten years, according to a report by CRE Matrix.
Rent will increase by one percent every year
According to the report, Idani Enterprises will charge an amount of Rs 235 per square foot every month from the Google unit for the space given on rent. Rs 130.89 crore will be taken from Raiden Infotech in the first year. Thereafter the rent will increase at the rate of one percent every year. According to the documents, the lease agreement has been signed in this regard only last month. However, there has been no official reply from Adani Enterprises and Google about this agreement.
In talks with Jaiprakash Power for a cement unit
