The temperature in the national capital has dropped to about seven degrees. Some trains to and from New Delhi were also delayed due to fog and low visibility. More than 30 flights have been affected due to fog in Delhi.

During this period, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 24 degrees and the minimum temperature is expected to be around seven degrees Celsius. According to the department, the day temperature will drop due to cold wind.
It is expected that there will be fog in the morning in Delhi till January 1. According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature recorded in Mungeshpur on Tuesday was 6.4 degrees Celsius, which was the coldest among other areas. Lodhi Road stood second with 7 degrees Celsius.
