Notice was issued to Tyagi for encroachment
Noida Development Authority officials say that a complaint was made regarding the encroachment on the ground floor of flat-D 003 of the tower Alexandra D of the society. The notice was issued on 14 September 2019. After this, the final notice was issued on 16 December. Was told to fix the flat within 7 days. Even after this, neither any reply was given nor any illegal construction was removed.
The controversy started with planting saplings
To remove the illegal occupation, the women of the society started planting saplings there on Friday. When Tyagi came to know about this, he started misbehaving with the woman. Tyagi openly abused the woman and her husband. Its video went viral on social media.
