The accused have been caught but they have not been killed. The police administration is not able to get us justice. We are not getting what we want. We want an encounter of all the accused.

 

The family had earlier also demanded an encounter.

The next day after this incident, when Ram Gopal's body reached home while talking to the media, Ram Gopal's father, wife, and sister talked about killing the accused in an encounter in front of them. The family had also talked about demolishing the house of the accused.

 

On Thursday, the two main accused of the murder in Maharajganj, Bahraich, had an encounter with the police, in which both the accused were injured. They were shot in their legs. According to the information, the police surrounded the accused near the Handa Basehari canal on Nanpara bypass.

 

There was retaliatory firing between the police and the accused, in which two accused were injured. The names of the accused are Mohammad Sarfaraz and Mohammad Taleem. UP ADG Law and Order Amitabh Yash said that after the encounter, all five accused have been arrested. All of them were charged with violence. He said that the accused were trying to flee to Nepal.

 

The injured accused were taken to the medical college

The police left for the medical college from Nanpara CHC with both the injured amid tight security. The security of the medical college has been increased. Police and PAC are deployed on the spot.
