Video sharing Tiktok has been in the news for some time due to continuous negative news. There are many users who have become the stars of this application due to their videos, but there are also some stars who in recent times have not only got into controversies but also got into legal issues due to their videos. One such case has come from Ahmedabad where a Tiktok user was arrested for violating lockdown by the police.
Sonu Nayak, who hails from Kundaliyas in Isanpur, Ahmedabad, recently made a video at Isanpur bridge at 9 pm and then posted it on Tiktok. According to the Times of India report, the police registered a case against Sonu Nayak and arrested him.
Inspector JM Solanki of Isanpur police station said, "This girl made a video on Isanpur Bridge at 9 pm. In this video it was saying that this is our Isanpur Bridge. Modi ji open the lockdown and then after the lockdown is over the road Go to sleep. "
Released on bail
The police traced the girl through reverse tracing and then arrested her. However, he was soon released on bail as the punishment for the offense is less than 7 years.
This is not the first case when a Tiktok user is trapped due to any of his videos. Two days ago, the video was deleted on the charge of user Faizal Siddiqui for promoting acid attack against women and his account was also suspended.
Not only this, there has been a demand for banning Tiktok in India for a long time. Since the recent incidents, there has been a fierce online campaign against Tiktok and even the app's rating on the Google Play Store had dropped from 4.7 to 1.2.
