Washington: US Defense Minister Mark Asper said on Tuesday that China's military was taking an aggressive stand in the South China Sea and that the 'Chinese Communist Party' diverted attention from accusations leveled against it by the Coronavirus. He said that China should allow America to talk to and access the initial patients of this disease, Chinese researchers and scientists.
