It is alleged that Atiq's brother Ashraf abducted two minor Muslim girls from the madrassa, raped them overnight at gunpoint and later left them outside the madrassa. Also Suraj Kali, whose husband was murdered and threatened for testifying.

Ashfaq Kunnu, who was killed in the year 1994, the family of corporator Nasson, who was killed in the year 2001, BJP leader Ashraf, Maqsood, who was killed in the year 2003, Deoria Jail incident victim Mohd. Zaid and Mohit Jaiswal and Arshad of Lucknow are also named.

Apart from this, the names of Jagga's family, who was tied to a tree in the cemetery after being called from Mumbai, Jabir and Abid Pradhan, victims of the Alkama murder case, Councilor Sushil Yadav, Councilor Saud, Security Incharge Ramkrishna Singh and Shabir alias Sheru are also in the police list, but It is strange that the name of the family of BSP MLA Raju Pal, who was killed in the year 2005, is not included.
