Bhopal, Agencies. Kamal Nath-led Congress government will have floor test in Madhya Pradesh Assembly today. The assembly will be convened at 2 pm today. According to Nayi Duniya, an aide newspaper of Dainik Jagran, MP Prajapati, speaker of the MP Assembly, has said in a press conference that in the history of MP, there were never so many MLAs resignations. He said that I accepted the resignations of all the MLAs with a sad heart. The resignations of a total of 23 MLAs have been accepted so far. It also includes Sharad Cole, a BJP MLA from Shahdol assembly constituency.

The MP assembly president told news agency ANI that I had accepted 16 resignations last night. Now I have also accepted the resignation of Sharad Cole (BJP MLA). He had previously stated that he was made to forcefully resign, but after looking at his documents and he did not meet me in person, it did not appear.

Congress MLAs have arrived at the residence of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath before the floor test in the assembly today. The action will begin in the Assembly in a while from now on the floor test.

According to Dainik Jagran's associate newspaper Nayi Duniya, the Samajwadi Party and BSP MLAs will not take part in the floor test.

Before the floor test, the meeting of the Madhya Pradesh Congress Legislature Party will be held at the Chief Minister's residence from 11 am. Then at 12 noon, Chief Minister Kamal Nath will hold a press conference at the CM house itself.
