Corona Alert: The risk of coronavirus is increasing in the country; 750 new cases have been reported in the last week, and the figure in Delhi is close to 100

Corona cases are increasing in the country. In the last week, 752 new cases of corona have been reported in the country. During this time, 305 people defeated the coronavirus infection. The matter of concern is that in the last seven days, the number of people who lost their lives due to corona has been recorded at seven. The deceased include four from Maharashtra, two from Kerala, and one from Karnataka. Talking about new cases, in the last week (after May 19), the highest number of 335 cases have been reported in Kerala, 153 in Maharashtra, 99 in Delhi, 76 in Gujarat and 34 in Karnataka. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the number of active cases of corona in the country at 8:00 am on May 26 is 1009.

 

Highest 403 cases of corona

Talking about total cases, Kerala has recorded the highest number of 403 cases of corona. 209 cases have been reported in Mumbai and 104 in Delhi so far. After these cities come Gujarat, where 83 cases have been registered. 47 cases have been reported in Karnataka, 15 in Uttar Pradesh, and 12 in West Bengal. According to the latest data from the central government agency Indian SARS-CoV-2 Genomics Consortium (Insacog), two new variants have been reported amid a rise in new coronavirus infections.

 

Four more Covid infections in Bengal, active cases rise to 11

 

Four more people have been confirmed with coronavirus in West Bengal. Now the number of active cases here has increased to 11. A health department official said that patients with respiratory problems are being treated in government and private hospitals. Most of these cases have been reported from Kolkata and its suburbs. Till May 19, there was only one active case of corona in Bengal.
