The Health Ministry said that a total of 1,134 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. Earlier on March 19, 1,071 cases were reported, while 699 new cases of the corona were recorded yesterday i.e. on Tuesday.

Five patients died in 24 hours
The Ministry of Health said that in the last 24 hours, five people have lost their lives due to Corona. One person each died in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Kerala. So far 5 lakh 30 thousand 813 people have died in the country due to Corona.

So far, more than 220.64 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered in the country. More than 102.73 crore people have got the first dose. Apart from this, more than 95.19 crore second doses have been given. Along with this, precautionary dose has also been given to more than 22.71 crore people.
