Coronavirus: Corona raising its head again in the country! New cases crossed thousand in 24 hours; See the statistics of the last 10 days

Corona infection is once again raising its head in the country. For the last few days, there is a continuous increase in the cases of the corona. The Health Ministry said that a total of 1,134 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. Let us inform you that more than a thousand cases of corona have been registered in the country only after two days. Earlier on March 19, 1,071 cases were reported, while 699 new cases of the corona were recorded yesterday i.e. on Tuesday.

There has also been a huge jump in the number of active corona patients in the country. Active cases of corona have now increased to 7,026 in the country. Please tell that so far 4 crores 46 lakh 98 thousand 118 cases of corona have been reported in the country. 4 crore 41 lakh 60 thousand 279 people have recovered from it.

Five patients died in 24 hours

The Ministry of Health said that in the last 24 hours, five people have lost their lives due to Corona. One person each died in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Kerala. So far 5 lakh 30 thousand 813 people have died in the country due to Corona.

The daily positivity rate in the country has now gone up to 1.09 percent. The weekly positivity rate is 0.98 percent, while the active case is 0.02 percent. Apart from this, the national recovery rate is 98.79 percent.

 

Vaccination crossed 220.64 crore

So far, more than 220.64 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered in the country. More than 102.73 crore people have got the first dose. Apart from this, more than 95.19 crore second doses have been given. Along with this, precautionary dose has also been given to more than 22.71 crore people.
