PM Modi has called a high-level meeting today at 4.30 pm. The situation related to Covid and preparations to deal with it will be reviewed in the meeting.

 

Active cases crossed seven thousand

Significantly, in the last 24 hours, 1,134 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country. Active cases of Corona have now increased to 7,026. Five people have also died due to corona during this period. One person each died in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Kerala.

 

How many people have got the corona vaccine so far?

A vaccination campaign against Corona is also going on in the country. So far, more than 220.64 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered in India. More than 102.73 crore people have got the first dose. Apart from this, more than 95.19 crore second doses have been given. Along with this, precautionary dose has also been given to more than 22.71 crore people.
