Covid Vaccination: The corona vaccination campaign is going on fast in the country. Meanwhile, today the government said that a guideline has been issued for those who cannot go outside the house to get vaccinated, supervising them at home. NITI Aayog member Dr. VK Paul said that we will give the vaccine of Covid-19 to the disabled and the people who are unable to move at home.

 

 

Let us tell you that at this time people above 18 years of age are going to the vaccination center and getting vaccinated. According to the Ministry of Health, in the age group above 18 years, 66 percent of people have been given the first dose and 23 percent have been given both doses. Vaccination has been done in 35.4 percent of urban areas and 63.7 percent in rural areas.

The Health Ministry appealed to the people to celebrate the festival wisely, follow the Covid guidelines even after vaccination. In September, about 81.76 lakh vaccines are being administered per day, while in August it was 59.19 lakh. Vaccination is increasing every month. So far, more than 83.39 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given under the nationwide vaccination campaign.

Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that because of the upcoming festivals, festival guidelines have been issued. Comprehensive SOPs have been sent to all the states. Prior permission has been taken for any crowd, as well as the number of people should be told in it. At the same time, NITI Aayog member Dr. VK Paul appealed to the people not to be careless in festivals, we have to be safe. Celebrate the festival at home.

 

 

The Health Secretary said that the most active cases are in Kerala, then in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Kerala is the only state where the number of patients under treatment for Covid-19 is more than one lakh. Of the total cases reported last week, 62.73 percent were from this state.

 

 

He said that in 33 districts, more than 10 percent of new cases of Covid-19 are being reported at the weekly level, while in 23 districts 5 to 10 percent cases are being reported.
