Common University Entrance Test i.e. CUET UG 2022 is being conducted for admission to undergraduate courses at hundreds of centers across the country. The exam conducting agency NTA has been facing a lot of criticism for canceling the examinations multiple times. The students are facing problems due to the cancellation of exams on occasion by NTA several times. However, now a bigger reason is coming out behind the cancellation of the examinations.
There were signs of sabotage in the exam
UGC President Professor M Jagadesh Kumar has informed that during the Common University Entrance Test, there were indications of sabotage incidents at many centers. For this reason, the examination had to be canceled at some centers. The UGC President said that keeping in view the interest of the students, NTA took immediate action and canceled the examination at such likely centers.

UGC Chairman Professor M Jagadesh Kumar said that strict action will be taken against anyone who willfully sabotages the examination process. He said that the examinations have been canceled keeping in mind the interests of the students. NTA is in touch with the students through email, messaging, and voice mail to keep them informed of any changes.
Caution is being taken in this.
Exams were canceled at more than 50 centers
CUET examinations have been canceled at more than 50 centers in different states of the country. Earlier the reason for this was attributed to technical glitches. Students appearing in the CUET exam should keep an eye on the official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in or the NTA website - nta.nic.in for any new updates.
When will the exam take place?
The canceled examinations of CUET UG were earlier to be conducted from August 12 to 14. However, many students had applied that many festivals are coming up in between these dates. Therefore, the canceled examinations of the students will be held from August 24 to 28, 2022. Separate admit cards will be issued for these examinations.
